Get help
Reply to the private invitation message you received, or use the support contact shown on the Chrome Web Store listing. Include the extension version and a description of the visible error. Do not include X credentials, AI credentials, private messages, or other secrets.
Data requests
Use the same support channel to request installation revocation or deletion of server-side optional behavior events. Local drafts and preferences can be deleted from the extension or by removing it from Chrome.
Before reporting a drafting problem
- Confirm the post is public and visible on x.com.
- Open the extension popup and check that Reply drafting is connected.
- Try again only after the current operation has reached a final state; paid requests are never retried automatically.
