Get help
Reply to the private invitation message you received, or use the support contact shown on the Chrome Web Store listing. Include the extension version and a description of the visible error. Do not include X credentials, AI credentials, private messages, or other secrets.
Data requests
Use the same support channel to request installation revocation or deletion of server-side optional behavior events. Customer accounts can also be deleted in the extension. Local drafts and preferences can be deleted separately from the extension or by removing it from Chrome.
Before reporting a drafting problem
- Confirm the post is public and visible on x.com.
- Open the extension popup and check that Reply drafting is connected.
- Try again only after the current operation has reached a final state; requests are never retried automatically.
